Embryo engineering is one of the most development prospects in biological scienceand technology. And it has widespread application in production and living, such asanimal husbandry, agriculture, medicine industry, etc. To cultivate the students’accomplishment in science and technology, biological elective courses has opened inhigh school. Since the new curriculum reform, teachers had a lot of difficulties in theembryo engineering teaching. And students had lots difficulties in study. At present, theembryo engineering project teaching research is relatively less. Problems becomeapparent and not deep enough. And for the difficult problems in teacher’s teaching andthe difficulty of student learning, there is no systematic investigation and analysis.Difficult problem that exists in the teaching still not be breakthrough.The core of this study is teaching problems and strategy research of embryoengineering of biological elective courses3in high school. The main content of thisresearch include: first of all, we had a systematic textual analysis of the teaching material,and sum up the main characteristics of each knowledge point. Then, we used thequestionnaire survey and interviewed to first-line teachers. Analysis records, discuss andanalysis the sample and data. First of all, we issued500student questionnaires in fourhigh schools. Recycled498effective questionnaires, the proportion of validquestionnaires are97.8%. Teachers’ questionnaire was conducted in12schools, a total of68questionnaires. Actually, we recycled67questionnaires. The proportion of effectivequestionnaires is98.5%. According to the interview outline, we communicated with36teachers from12high schools.The survey results found that a lot of problems exist in the embryonic engineeringprojects, such as students’ learning method is not adapted to study the embryoengineering project, new knowledge, various complicated content, students’ overall graspis not good. What’s more, the teacher’s teaching method is relatively onefold,professional knowledge is insufficient and unreasonable use of teaching resources, etc.This research through analyzing the results of the survey and the problem weresummarized. Especially on the analysis of the teaching material, we summarized somecommon problems in discipline knowledge, repeated scrutiny on the details, contactteaching materials and teaching reference, refer to professional books, at the same time,combining with the teaching strategy to analyze problems in these disciplines. Throughthe analysis of these problems, we try to find out solution countermeasure, and points outthe direction of the students to study, the measures to improve teacher’s teaching,improvement of teaching material and subject knowledge and the improvement theschool should made.
