Currently, the implementation of the new high school curriculum is still in theexperimental stage, and Biology curriculum was divided into compulsory and electivetwo parts. The compulsory module selection is the core content of the biologicalsciences, elective module is designed to meet the needs of the diversifieddevelopment of students, is a supplement to the compulsory module content,deepening and expansion. However, with further promote the teaching of high schoolbiology elective module; some of the problems in the implementation processgradually began to show. I read through a lot of literature, textbook study, teachingpractice and research, questionnaire interview,etc, investigated of China’s high schoolbiology elective Cell Engineering thematic teaching status quo, to identify teachersexists in the actual teaching as well as the students to learn the problems, aims to putforward the views of the feasibility of and solutions to this problem, the reference forhigh school biology teachers and students and learn from, Improve biological elective3cell engineering topics teaching situation to improve the quality of classroomteaching of the topic.The papers from issues raised the theoretical background of the research, highschool biology elective study analysis, research design, survey results, affectingfactors and analysis of the teaching part of the solutions to this problem, eightdiscussed.
