The questioning of students in classroom teaching is an important way ofcommunication between teachers and students,as well as to protect the students’curiosity and thirst for knowledge, and stimulate students’ active awareness andenterprising spirit.In primary school classroom teaching,student-questioning plays animportant role in helping students improve their language skills, formating criticalthinking abilities as well as the developing the subjectivity.The new curriculum reform has been implemented for11years, the study isbased on a primary school of Changchun aiming to investigate the impact of the NewCurriculum Reform on student-questioning in classroom teaching before and afterThe New Curriculum Reform through observing classroom teaching videos andaccessing to literature. To achieve the variation and find the positive changes broughtby the New Curriculum Reform to a primary school student-questioning in Chineseclassroom teaching by analyzing the data, also found some problems, and then to findout the reasons.Then, this study raises strategies to develop students’problem-awareness and the ability of finding problems accordingly. This paper arguesthat the key to improve the frequency and quality of student-questioning is thecultivation of the students’ problem consciousness and ability from the teacher.It isalso necessary to give them related training and teaching them the method ofquestioning to improve the ability of student-questioning. |
