Since China’s reform and opening up, a complete primary school to universityeducation in Mongolian language teaching system gradually established, this systemnot only has trained tens of thousands of construction personnel for the autonomousregion, but also improved the level of the culture of the Mongolian education as awhole. The rapid development of modern information technology, makes thetraditional teaching mode has already not satisfy the need of modern basic educationdevelopment. Under the information technology environment, bilingual teachers havenot high quality to finish the teaching task gradually, when minority students studyChinese language,there are a lot of problems. Only rely on the auxiliary function ofmodern education media and information technology and curriculum integration,basic education in national regions can high-speed development.This paper regards Chinese poor student in primary school A In Inner MongoliaTongliao city as the research object, and through questionnaire investigation,interview method, observation method, reveals the reason of learning difficulty ofChinese language in the Mongolian primary school and provides relevant Suggestions.Thus, according to the research target, and in view of existing shortcomings, thisthesis is divided into five parts:The first part elaborated the research background, domestic and foreign researchreview, topic significance and related concept definition.The second part elaborated research aim and contents, research methods andtechniques and specific steps.The third part describes the current Mongolian primary school Chinese languagelearning difficulties.The fourth part from the students’ learning attitude and methods, the internal andexternal use situation of Chinese language, the school teaching arrangement,education resources use situation, family environment factors, and Mongolian culturaldifferences factors, deeply analyze the cause of the Mongolian primary schoolChinese language learning.According to the survey statistics and analysis of causes, from the school, parentsand the student three aspects, the fifth part puts forward some strategies to change thedifficult situation.
