Since the reform and opening up, with the development of society and economy,people are satisfied at the same time, began to care about the spiritual life in the materiallife, open the growth of knowledge, thought and time freedom increasing, fitness andentertainment has gradually appeared in the life of the masses. In1995the statepromulgated the "outline of the nationwide body-building plan", the August8,2008Olympics, countries each year on August8th as the National Fitness Day, thesefavorable conditions to enhance the awareness of fitness, sports participation by peoplemore and more. Fitness in diversified ways, good fitness atmosphere more to promotethe exercise of the widely carried out, people’s view of sports value, fitness awarenesshave undergone great changes, more and more people involved in the sport ofbadminton, badminton strong interest, graceful, various aspects and in the movement ofthe body to get exercise, and badminton motion belongs to the net movement withoutphysical contact and strong interest, popular by the masses, and become one of thepreferred project of public health. Badminton stadium also developed rapidly in recentyears, both the quantity and the environment are the great-leap-forward development.In this study, operating conditions of badminton stadium of Hengyang area as theresearch object, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interviewmethod, logic analysis method, mathematical statistics method, the basic situation ofHengyang badminton stadium, the consumer basic situation, business investigation andanalysis, and summarizes the problems found from Hengyang badminton stadiummanagement condition, provides the theory basis for speeding up Hengyang areabadminton stadium better development. The results show:(1) along with the upsurge ofnational fitness program and the implementation of nationwide fitness, badmintonvenue has been unable to meet consumer demand, and with the improvement of peopleliving standard, more and more high awareness of health, must also improve thehardware and software facilities ball hall to attract consumers.(2) to participate in thebadminton exercise group is group of educated and young, work stability, economicincome is considerable; various groups to participate in the badminton consumermotivation is the same, but each age stage of different; everyone has got into the habitof exercise habits in the long period of badminton sport, and have a strong love ofbadminton, different consumption patterns of consumers to participate in the badmintonmovement because of the age difference of children and the elderly, the mainentertainment, the young to match practice form.(3) the badminton stadium coaches arelack, especially professional coaches. Badminton stadium competition is less, is notconducive to raising the level of movement.(4) backward management, only throughthe traditional human resources to carry on the management, not connected with the network era, can create a network of electronic archives for the consumer, marketingmode is only single propaganda, propaganda is not enough, although badmintonstadium of Hengyang area development has begun to take shape, but through thenetwork as a new media electronic the propaganda way rarely; and puts forward somecountermeasures for badminton stadium development in Hengyang:(1) play ageographical position, promote mutual exchanges,(2) the reasonable layout of venues,started operating characteristics,(3) strengthen infrastructure maintenance andreplacement,(4) to provide the managers with business ability,(5further improve thesite auxiliary facilities), improve the grade,(6) to fully tap the potential of consumer,(7)increase the propaganda dynamics, make full use of the network,(8) improve theirquality,(9) to change a single mode of operation, diversified business model,(10) forspecial activities suction...
