The Study On Theory Of Interests Sharing And Its Realization In China

With the deepening of China’s reform and social transition, the original pattern of interests would not exist, so the needs of interests increasingly become diverse, the groups of interests differentiate and reorganize, the gap of the interests continues to widen, the conflict of interests becomes increasingly fierce, the serious imbalance of interests relationship poses a threat to the stability and harmony of our society. Considering imbalanced interests as a logical premise, the theory and mechanism of interests sharing as the main line, Social Fairness and justice as the principle and basis points, the paper applies the certain theory to comprehensively analyze the typical imbalanced samples and to abstract out the root cause of interests imbalance from system and mechanism. In view of the fact that the interests of allocation mechanism in our country is not scientific, interest expression mechanism is not smooth enough, the interests of the regulatory mechanisms are still not rigorous and interests compensation mechanism is not perfect, we must find a perfect fit between the current development status and the socialist construction goals so as to explore and build one of the most realistic and effective interests sharing realization mechanism. Therefore, based on the basic interests of Marxism as a guide, the interests sharing of the Chinese Communist as a lead, and the common prosperity for the goal, we optimize the construction of the current pattern of interests of our country through the targeted interests sharing to construct the mechanism. The author believes that the interests sharing can be achieved by following ways:the economic way-the establishment of the interest distribution mechanism; political way-establishment of smooth interest expression mechanism; moral and legal way-the establishment of a strict interest regulatory mechanism; social way-the establishment of a fair and reasonable interest compensation mechanism. The author believes that the construction of interests sharing under the guidance of the interests sharing of Marxism and the interests sharing of the Communist Party of China will be helpful to the advancement of the theory and practice of shared interests.
