Corruption not only directly threaten the ruling party’s status and social harmony.Corruption, prevention first. Party’s17largest explicitly raised the issue of improvingthe system of punishment and, with a focus on building the system of corruptionprevention. In the prevention of corruption in the system, strengthen anti-corruptioneducation for all citizens, especially the party members and cadres, is a very importantpart. Build a sound education, institution and supervision and punishment andprevention system against corruption implemented framework (2008-2012) clearlystates that, at the nationals, particularly in the membership as a whole to enhance anti-corruption education, enhance the awareness of members of society against corruptionand, improving effectiveness of fighting corruption and building construction.The contemporary college students, due to its own specific moral andpsychological characteristics, on the formation of social phenomenon is notindependent, dialectical ideas susceptible to influence of corruption on economic,political and social life, which also affects the formation of values they grow. Collegestudents are backing builders and successors of the Socialist cause with Chinesecharacteristics, their sense of fighting against corruption, will be directly linked to thesustainable development of China’s construction of anti-corruption. However, inideological and political education in colleges and universities, more also are limitedto the cultivation of University students ’ daily behaviour and Socialist ideologicalindoctrination, education against corruption, they also needed to be strengthened andnew. Therefore, strengthening anti-corruption education in ideological and politicaleducation for college students, is currently improving the actual effec t of ideologicaland political education of college students pressing demands and new problems.The thesis supervisor, Professor Li Kangping social science projects of theMinistry of education under the auspices of the Red culture in the course ofideological and political education of teaching research (09JDSZK031) and completesubjectivity research papers. Intended to be from a historicalperspective, combined with the current practice of college students ’ ideological andpolitical education, on how to strengthen college students ’ discussion of thecountermeasures of anti-corruption education, with a view to new areas of research onideological and political education of college students.This article is based on the current status of integrity education for collegestudents, college students are about to assume social roles of the importance to thecause of building socialism, based on the current corruption in areas such as socialimpact on college students ’ thought and learning life, strengthen anti-corruptioneducation in college students ’ ideological and political education, is very importantand necessary. This article trying to study and summarize the historical background,the Soviet of Soviet practice of independent Commission against corruption ICAChistory process and its main practice and experience in the practice of, in particulartargeted theoretically refined quality education for contemporary college students ’honest practice valuable resources, combined with current college students ’ educationof practical, addresses the main elements of the education of contemporary collegestudents and countermeasures, Including: education, independent Commissionagainst corruption ICAC and belief values education and spiritual education of theindependent Commission against corruption, the ICAC style, such as education, thesystem of legal education in the independent Commission against corruption, theICAC education.
