Social sports instructor "Sports Law of the People’s Republic of China"approved social sports staff, the implementation of the National FitnessProgram, the implementation of the indicators of fitness and physiquemonitoring system carried by social sports instructor to promote theimplementation of, and implementation of the quality and the socialThe sportsinstructors perform their duties status closely related.In this study, usingquestionnaires, interviews, literature, social sports instructors in basic jobduties and the goals and tasks of social sports instructor based on the statusof implementation of Nanjing social sports instructor as a starting point,research on the the Nanjing social sports instructors.The results found that：1、Nanjing basic structure of social sports instructor performance sufficientnumber, gender, and the wide range of occupations, but age tends to theaging national, a social sports instructor ratio.2、Nanjing social sports instructors own service needs to be improvedawareness; a two to participate actively, three slightly lacking; motivation andpositive guidance.3、Slightly passive Nanjing social sports instructor in the organizationalaspects, the guidance project widely, but the lack of innovation, positiveguidance of motivation, guidance frequency can be guaranteed.4、Nanjing social sports instructor guidance resident fitness science positiveand responsible, reasonable guidance type, work comprehensive, buttheoretical knowledge focus needs to be adjusted.5、Nanjing social sports instructors in the proper guidance Fitness residentsreasonable Sports Consumption and Fitness investment needs to beimproved.6、Nanjing social sport instructors awareness needs to be increased, drivenby residents’ awareness of fitness services needs to be strengthened. 7、The relevant departments of social sports instructor training is not inplace.8、Nanjing social sports instructor management organization is not veryperfect, low performance.Make recommendations accordingly at the same time, provide a reference forthe relevant departments to improve the efficiency and performance of theirduties effect of social sports instructor guidance, scientific fitness for thepublic to promote fitness plan to provide the basis for better and fasterimplementation.
