Social sports instructors for the disabled play an important role in the process of promoting the disabled to participate in sports activities to improve their physical and mental health,It is particularly important to evaluate their performance,this study focused on the definition of evaluation criteria and the selection of evaluation indicators around the work performance of social sports instructors for the disabled,and chose the appropriate evaluation method and evaluation subject,and provided measurement tools and reference for evaluating the work performance of social sports instructors for the disabled.This research adopted the methods of literature,questionnaire,generic analysis,Delphi and mathematical statistics to determine the work performance structure of social sports instructors for the disabled,build the evaluation index system of social sports instructors for the disabled,on this basis,designed the self-evaluation work performance evaluation scale of social sports instructors for the disabled,and the evaluation standard was dividedThe results showed that: the content structure of work performance of disabled social sports instructors includes five dimensions: task performance,learning performance,ability performance,personal characteristics performance and interpersonal relationship performance;the performance evaluation index system of social sports instructors for the disabled includes 1 first level index,5 second level indexes and 65 third level indexes;the disabled social sports instructor job performance evaluation scale consists of 30 entries in 5 dimensions,with a total internal consistency reliability of 0.957,and an internal consistency reliability of0.813?0.916 for each dimension.In the validity test,GFI was 0.919 and REMSA was0.077;The average score of the total work performance of 177 disabled social sports instructors in this survey was 95.26,including 9 low performance,95 medium performance and 73 high performance.Conclusion: The work performance of the disabled social sports instructor is a multidimensional structure model,which consists of five dimensions: taskperformance,learning performance,ability performance,personal characteristics performance and interpersonal relationship performance,There are 3 levels and 71 indicators in the performance evaluation system of disabled social sports instructors,including five secondary indicators and 65 tertiary indicators;the disabled social sports instructor job performance evaluation scale has good reliability and validity,and it is suitable to be used as a tool to evaluate the disabled social sports instructor job performance;...
