Preschool education is the foundation of schooling, while it is also the basic component aswell as important part of education system. Children act as the main force in futuredevelopment of our country and nationalities, therefore, education and cultivation uponchildren can not be ignored. As preschool education is quite a significant phase whenchildren’s interests of taking part in activities are cultivated and basic movement ability as wellas physical qualities are developed, more targeted and scientific physical activities aresupposed to be carried out in this special period. Meanwhile these activities, on the one hand,must accord with the physical and mental development. On the other, they should promote theall-round development of physical as well as mental health.This research, which takes qualitative investigation and quantitative study as researchmethod, revolves around the daily physical activities of kindergartens. In the two years’ periodof taking part in the designation and research of children’s physical activities, I analyze as wellas integrate the current state of physical education in modern kindergartens, furthermore I alsotry to carry out some physical courses which are based on the basic element of curriculumtheory and at the same time adaptable for young kids.Through taking part in the practice of designing physical activities in kindergartens, thisarticle applies the basic elements of curriculum theory to rebuild the aim, content, the type oforganization and the implementation process of physical education of kindergartens, accordingto the physiological and psychological characteristics of preschool children as well as thecurriculum theory of professional physical education involved in early childhood education.According to the estimate of physical courses in kindergartens, the physical emotion, physicalbehaviour as well as physical ability shown in children physical activities enhance in variousdegrees; the education ability as well as level also shows an obvious increase; so does theapplication of sports facilities and athletic ground by teachers. Before and after theconstruction of curriculum, the physical quality of young kids increase dramatically insensitivity, strength, coordination and balance, and the comprehensive quality has been in thesuperior level which is supervised by children’s physique monitoring. It is suggested thatrelevant departments of the state attach great importance to early childhood education; kindergartens are supposed to overcome realistic difficulties to create a good movementenvironment for young kids; preschool teachers should steadily intensify their study, reformand innovate in the process of learning, improve teaching ability; the physical educationworkers should apply their knowledge to make a contribution to preschool education andmake sure that the physical curriculum in kindergartens can develop constantly.
