Research On Development Strategy Of Public Winter Sports Of Jilin Province

. With the development of China’s economy in recent years, the Chinese people’s livingstandards improve. Public winter sports is loved by the majority of the people’s movement.Problems existed in the development of populace Winter sports are getting the attention of thesociety increasingly. How to realize the order and effective populace winter sports and how tobuild a mode of management system of it which is adapted to modern society and scientific andfind the development strategy of it in China have become the focus of current research.My paper will use documentary method, on-the-spot investigation, expert interview method,questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis method. These methodswill be applyed to study the present situation and development of winter sports of public. Thisessay conducts the detailed research, and clears the development and present situation.At thesame time, it discovers a series of problems existing in the public winter sports in thedevelopment of Jilin Province. Depend on my resurch, the influencing factors of development ofwinter sports of public, and then come up with development strategy of Jilin winter sports ofpublic combined with the problems and influence factors.Through this study, it shows that the current situation of the development of the wintersports in Jilin Province: People’s demands of the winter sports increase year by year. In recentyears, Jilin Province brings in several international winter sports’ events. This practice not onlyenriches the facilities of winter sports venue, but also makes people pay more attention to wintersports. At present, the competations of winter sports events are abundant. These competationsprovide a platform for the majority enthusiasts of winter sports and greatly promote theincreasing enthusiasm of participation.The existing problems in the winter sports’ development of Jilin Province are as follows:Firstly, The government don’t attach great importance to this sports and lacks of necessary policyguidance and financial support; Secondly, in social aspects, ice and snow cultural atmosphere islight, it lacks of cultural foundation. The popularity of winter sports is low. Each big festival ofice and snow doesn’t place extra emphasis on public winter sports; The scale of skiing andskating rink is so small that its internal and peripheral supporting facilities are not perfect. Underthese conditions, the sport’s palces lack of safety rescue measures and professional staff and theirmanagement level and the quality are not high. The administrators lack of marketingconsciousness and market cultivation. The overall instructors’ level of this sport needs to improve. This sports lack of training and certification system. Participants’ income level is nothigh, so that they can’t establish a reasonable consumption idea and consumption structure. Thesports consumption consciousness and ability are relatively weak. The rate of participation in thissports is frequently influenced by charge of sport’s palce.According to the present situation and problems of winter sports in Jilin Province and factorsaffecting its development, this paper puts forward the development strategy of Jilin winter sportsof public as follows: The government should intensify their efforts to guide and deliver thecorrect value guidance.The community should take various measures to build ice and snowculture atmosphere. Economic aspects, we should guide enterprises which invest ice and snowindustry diversity, in the end it will shape the industrial chain of winter sports. The people’sconsumption structure and consumption should be changed. For winter sports itself, it shouldadvocate the rational investment and pay attention to integrate the advantage resources to buildlarge-scale, high levels of public winter sports venues. Ski, ice-skating rink should establish aservice-oriented philosophy.
