Teaching concept refers to the way people think about things and other things ofthis teaching relationship. Specifically, the teachers on the teaching of knowledge,including teaching content, teaching objects, teaching methods and theirrelationship, but also derived therefrom function of teaching, target other aspects ofperception. It is mainly in four aspects of teachers’ knowledge concept, teachersview students, teachers, and students and teachers view assessment concept.Transformation and optimization concept is conducive to teaching students healthygrowth conducive to teachers’ professional growth and enhance the quality ofeducation and teaching. I, as teachers from Kashgar Uyghur deeply minority areasteachers teaching concept urgent change. Concept of minority teachers teaching olderKashi region, resulting in different teaching effect, which affects theimplementation of the new curriculum reform to some extent, affect the overalldevelopment of students’ personality development and diversification, the impact ofenhancing the professionalism of teachers, thus affecting to improve the quality ofteaching minority areas of education, the impact of personnel training teachers inminority areas, thereby affecting the minority areas of economic and culturaldevelopment. Therefore, the change in Minority Areas teaching concept isimperative.In this paper, under the new curriculum reform, based on the current situationin Kashi Prefecture moral lesson teaching middle school concept, throughquestionnaires and interviews, analyzed some deficiencies stage Kashi region morallesson teaching middle school concept exist: one in view of teachers ignore students’knowledge of the self-construction of knowledge; Second, ignoring the teacher onthe student’s view of the subjectivity of students and developmental characteristics;Third, in view of the lack of teachers and teacher-student relationship betweendemocracy; fourth is in the evaluation concept teachers ignore the moral evaluationof students. To solve the above problem, and I did cause analysis by observing,finally some feasible suggestions. Believes teachers must update their knowledgeconcepts, changing teaching methods; must establish a correct view of teachers andstudents to play the initiative of students; must change exam pattern, attention tostudent moral development; must invest heavily in training, strengthen ideologicaland moral lessons Teachers’ Construction; thus contributing to further improveideological and moral minority Kashi Prefecture teachers teaching.Currently more theoretically introduced concept of teaching and research articles, but on the concept of minority teachers teaching, especially teachingconcept study on teachers’ moral lesson is still relatively small. Teaching concept forteachers to sort out, and critical reflection, rational consciousness wake teacherprofessional development for teachers and students to improve the overall quality ofminority education development in ethnic minority areas, are of great significance.
