Culture is the objectification of the humanessential power. Human beingisgradually achieving comprehensive development under the effect of culturalinteraction, and mutual influencebetween internet culture anddevelopment of collegestudents, fully embody the spirit ofculture and human interaction.This article providesan innovative idea todefine the connotationif comprehensive college student’sdevelopment, which is based on the theoretical knowledge of both positive and negativeinfluence of culture on the full development of human-beings. It begins from the doublelogical effects of the internet culturetowardscomprehensive college student’sdevelopment,beingstructured under the Marx’s theory of human’s comprehensivedevelopment framework. The author tries to describe the negativepoints of the internetculture regarding three scopes: the capability of the college students, their socialrelationship and their individual characteristics.Simultaneously, the authoralsoillustrated some negativeside-effects of the internet culture against the innovativeelements, social capacities and personal faith according to some case studies. In the end,it suggested some innovative ideas on the self-development of internet culture andself-construction of college students, as well as the interaction between these.
