Student culture has a profound impact on enhancing student cohesion,promoting teacher creativity,and maintaining school centripetal force.The principal needs to provide a comprehensive guarantee for students' academic achievement and socialized learning by creating a student culture.Therefore,the principal ' s role in the process of creating a student's culture is particularly important.From the perspective of existing research,at the practical level,most of the research focuses on school culture construction,curriculum culture construction,teacher culture construction,etc.to improve students' academic performance;at the content level,more research pays attention to the spiritual culture,The dimensions of material culture,behavior culture,system culture,etc.promote student development,ignoring the importance of student culture in the leadership of the principal.Based on this,this research focuses on the process of how principals create student culture,and pays more attention to the experience of “supportive” student culture creation.Using case-based methods,observations,interviews,etc.the research examined three questions about the ideas and specific practical processes of S primary school L principals creating a supportive student culture:(1)Why should S school pay attention to student culture?(2)What is President L's understanding of supportive student culture?(3)How does Principal L create a supportive student culture?(4)Case study summary,conclusions and suggestions.First,S school explains why it should pay attention to student culture from three parts:tracing history,summarizing the status quo,and principal's feelings;second,principal L,based on the supportive factors in student culture,proposes to recognize the supportive student culture with its own characteristics Interpretation.In the process of how principal L creates a supportive student culture,this research adopts a caring culture of "content should be truly realized";an incentive culture of "behavior needs to be good";and a safety culture of "results are pleasant and pleasant" Three dimensions show how the principal can create a supportive student culture.Based on the case study of Principal L's creation of a supportive student culture,the research has formed two theoretical conclusions: First,the research should shift from focusing on the dimension of student cultural content to the functional dimension,and the principal needs to be based on the school's actual environment in the process of creating student culture.Reflect regional characteristics.It is not possible to learn from and transfer other experience models mechanically.It is necessary to create a cultural path with school characteristics and suitable for school development.Second,compared with the analysis and element analysis of the principal's leadership and students' cultural connotation,it relies more on the research of the universal theoretical framework of foreign countries.And this research needs to combine the actual situation of the country to create an appropriate student cultural framework with Chinese school-based characteristics.Based on this,the research summary,recommendations and conclusions: at the summary level,the principal should build a supportive student culture from four aspects: system design,balanced relationship,continuous interaction,and attention to flexibility;,The school's tripartite main body provides suggestions.On the level of conclusions,it is elaborated from three levels of research dimensions,research frameworks and research concepts.
