| Volleyball is a competitive sport with physical indirect confrontation and psychologicaldirect confrontation. It is a combination of a variety of technical movements and complextactical actions. At present. This direction of development is a higher requirement for athletes’special psychological characteristics from different angles and at levels. Because of this, theplayers are under a variety of mental pressure in day-to-day training and competition which willlead to different degrees of mental fatigue. It will affect the competition results or finish theircareer.The study is on the mental fatigue of2011-2012CVA players. It analyze the mental fatiguesituation and influencing factors of professional volleyball athletes by using literature data,questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The software application spss16.0processes andanalysis the effective data from questionnaire. The conclusions are:First, there is mental fatigue among the players of this years CVA game. Mainly in the mostplayers training fatigue.Think they can not play due exercise levels in the game. But they alsohold the firm belief of success to be happy.Second, the CVA players’ mental fatigue is on the middle level in the three dimensions“reduced personal accomplishmentâ€,“emotional and physical exhaustion†and “negativeevaluationâ€. It shows clearly that a considerable part of the male players are inclined to mentalfatigue.Third, according to the classification statistics, there is no notable different mental fatigue inthe different age, exercise level and the field position. But, have the different affects betweenthe different training period, the different team, the main and reserve, and the athleticperformance in the three dimensions of the mental fatigue. Indicating, the main reasons of themale members psychological fatigue are the four areas. Fourth, the measurement results showthat the influencing factors of mental fatigue are: retired insurance, training injuries, performanceexpectations, emotional-social support, the behavior of coaches and daily life welfare issues. |
