With the integration and collision of psychology, positive psychology has been continuously developed.Coaches' leadership behavior and athletes' mental fatigue have always been the focus of attention of coaches and sports psychology researchers.Coaches are the main executors of training plans and competitions.Coaches' rich experience and outstanding abilities can not only enable young athletes to perform better in competitions, but also have a deeper insinuation of their mental state.influences.Coaches' leadership behaviors at different levels will have varying degrees of impact on athletes' physical and mental health, and satisfaction is an important part of mental health. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the internal mechanism of coaches' leadership behaviors on athletes' mental fatigue. On the basis of previous studies, this research starts from practical problems to study the actual state and characteristics of athletes' mental fatigue. The coach's leadership behavior and the athlete's training game satisfaction are regarded as two dimensions that may have an impact on athletes' mental fatigue. From these two dimensions,a systematic and comprehensive analysis is analyzed, and the effects of different levels of coach leadership behavior on athletes' mental fatigue are analyzed. The degree of influence and their respective principles, and the satisfaction of athletes' training and competition as an intermediary, explore the relationship between coaches' leadership behavior and athletes' mental fatigue, with a view to enriching domestic and foreign related researches on coaches' leadership behavior and athletes' mental fatigue.Based on the above considerations, this research started from the perspective of athletes' selfperception, consulted a large number of relevant literature and books, and adopted the scale "Coach Leadership Behavior Scale" revised by Cai Duanwei et al.;"Athlete Satisfaction Scale" developed by Zhang Liwei et al.Sense Scale;Raedeke and Smith's "Athlete Mental Fatigue Questionnaire" is a questionnaire survey of young volleyball players.Using the cluster sampling method,283 athletes and 42 youth volleyball coaches from the youth volleyball team of the local sports school in Jiangsu Province were selected as the subjects.345 questionnaires were distributed to the subjects, and 283 questionnaires were finally recovered, and the collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software.Taking the athlete's mental fatigue as the dependent variable, the basic status quo, descriptive analysis, demographic difference analysis, correlation, mediating effect analysis of college student's coaching behavior, athlete's mental fatigue, training game satisfaction, and data collection And processing, this research draws the following conclusions:(1)There are significant differences in demographic variables in the training and competition satisfaction and mental fatigue of young volleyball players.(2)Coaches' training guidance behaviors, democratic behaviors, positive feedback behaviors, and social support behaviors are all negatively correlated with athletes' mental fatigue, and positively correlated with training game satisfaction;the coach's authoritarian behavior is positively correlated with athletes' mental fatigue,Is negatively correlated with training competition satisfaction;while athletes' training competition satisfaction has a significant negative correlation with mental fatigue.(3)Coaches' leadership behavior can not only negatively predict athletes' mental fatigue, but also positively predict athlete's satisfaction in training competitions;training competition satisfaction can effectively negatively predict athletes' mental fatigue.(4)The mediating effect of the athlete's training game satisfaction in the coaches' leadership behavior and the relationship between various dimensions and mental fatigue is significant, and it plays a part of the mediating effect. The intermediary model of the influence of coaches' leadership behavior on athletes' mental fatigue shows that coaches' leadership behavior not only directly affects athletes' mental fatigue, but also affects their athlete's satisfaction in training and competition and then has an effect on mental fatigue. This shows that in the process of participating in training competitions, athletes should not only pay attention to the external environment support, but also pay attention to adjusting their own self-evaluation system to give full play to the psychological benefits of sports training.
