Elementary And High Schools In Xinjiang Bilingual Teachers Teaching Ability Training And Teachers’ Professional Development

With the increasingly frequent exchanges between the various nationalities inXinjiang, Xinjiang Minority Elementary Education requirements are increasing. TheXinjiang various disciplines bilingual teaching more and more people of all ethnicgroups in Xinjiang and the Government’s attention. Primary and Secondary SchoolsArt bilingual teachers whether they have the professional art of Chinese literacy andfine arts teaching ability, has become an important indicator of Xinjiang art teachersin primary and secondary schools teaching ability evaluation.
