With the increasingly frequent exchanges between the various nationalities inXinjiang, Xinjiang Minority Elementary Education requirements are increasing. TheXinjiang various disciplines bilingual teaching more and more people of all ethnicgroups in Xinjiang and the Government’s attention. Primary and Secondary SchoolsArt bilingual teachers whether they have the professional art of Chinese literacy andfine arts teaching ability, has become an important indicator of Xinjiang art teachersin primary and secondary schools teaching ability evaluation. In recent years,elementary and high schools in Xinjiang bilingual teachers with teaching ability,teacher professionalism, has become a major problem restricting the development ofbilingual teaching of Primary and Secondary Schools Fine Arts. Therefore, this paperthrough the research on bilingual teaching ability of teachers in elementary and highschools in Xinjiang; Xinjiang bilingual professional development of teachers inelementary and high schools do actively explored. Parts of Xinjiang bilingualteachers of primary and secondary art research, and has done a survey about "Artbilingual teachers teaching ability and professional development of teachers".Preliminary summary of the existing problems in the Primary and Secondary SchoolsArt bilingual teachers teaching ability status and teachers’ professional developmentand put forward relevant countermeasures.The main content of the thesis is divided into five parts:Part I: Introduction. Raised the issue of the paper, the purpose and significanceof the study, the method of the thesis, the innovation and the inadequacies of thegeneral introduction.Part II: an overview of the requirements of the elementary and high schools inXinjiang bilingual teachers teaching ability. Mainly elementary and high schools inXinjiang bilingual teachers teaching ability, and its related concepts defined in theproposed construction of Xinjiang Bilingual art teacher teaching ability, andprofessional development of teachers.Part III: Investigation and analysis of primary and secondary school art teachingability status quo and questionnaires and interviews to summarize the results for thecurrent requirements of the new curriculum. Proposed Xinjiang bilingual teachers inelementary and high schools in teaching and training and analysis, in some cases,Urumqi primary and secondary school art teaching of bilingual teachers. Part IV: investigation on the basis of the third stage, the proposed correspondingXinjiang bilingual primary and secondary school art teachers to upgrade theirteaching ability of the training program, as well as strategies and recommendations toenhance the professional development of bilingual teachers in primary and secondaryart.Part V: concluding remarks by the previously mentioned comprehensive andsystematic analysis and empirical research, summed up the bilingual teaching ability,suitable for elementary and high schools in Xinjiang bilingual teachers should haveeffective methods and strategies to enhance the professional development ofbilingual teachers in primary and secondary art.
