Two-year preschool bilingual teacher training is very important and special part of bilingual teacher training in Xinjiang,the teacher of kindergarten as direct perpetrators in school bilingual education and teaching activities,there professional quality of service will be raised after training,and it will have a direct effect on the education and teaching work of kindergarten,and thus it will enhance the quality of preschool bilingual education,but in order to achieve this goal must have a prerequisite,that is a reasonable training curriculum.and as the initial stage of basic education,as such,there have a need from different research perspective,for elevation and improvement of the two-year preschool bilingual teacher training curriculum site,and then achieving the quality of preschool bilingual teacher training and preschool bilingual education。The article has four parts:The first part,Research purposes,Significance,core concept definition and the teaching management research of bilingual teacher Training review are mainly elaborated.The second part, first of all,adopt the questionnaires, interviews and text analysis in this paper, to investigate and analysis the two-year training curriculum site of preschool bilingual teacher in Xinjiang,The third part,Including course objectives, course type,course structure, the amount of hours and the number of hours of teaching assignments, curriculum appraisal,understand the setting of curriculum.Through the investigation and analysis,the following problems were founded :the curriculum site lack of targeted;course objectives, teaching hours distribution,curriculum assessment methods lack rationality,the single of course type.Finally,according to these problems,This paper attempts to make some practical recommendations and measures,in order to further enhance and improve the two-year curriculum site of preschool bilingual teacher training in Xinjiang,including the development of "People-oriented" curriculum goals; "Three-Six Ways learning" course-based and personalized curriculum supplemented of course type; Rational allocation the hours of theoretical courses and practical courses;choose the reasonable curriculum assessment methods.
