For the management of the hearing system is a product of society, resulting inrecent years, and the study on it, with two kinds of meaning, namely the academic andpractice. From the academic perspective, this paper studies a certain this is themanagement of the hearing were added, and on the basis of existing research, forhearing conducted in-depth research and analysis. From a practical perspective, thepurpose of this paper is to improve China’s university management system, make themanagement system more legal, scientific, and make a contribution to China’s highereducation.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part describes the issues raised, thesignificance of the study, theoretical significance, research at home and abroad andresearch methods; the second part mainly describes the connotation of the hearingsystem and related contents, theoretical foundation and focus on the hearing; the thirdpart mainly described the present situation of the hearing system, implementation ofthe existing problems and the causes of these problems; fourth part is theCountermeasures for the third part of the problem, so that China’s colleges anduniversities to improve the hearing system more.The characteristic of this paper is: first, this paper researches the hearing systemto a new height are carried out, and the stored value and other aspects of the relatedresearch; two is due to the related research for the hearing system is relatively lack,therefore, there are many problems and this paper mainly for the shortage, the hearingsystem in Colleges and universities are analyzed, and specific suggestions andopinions; the three is not satisfied from the research on the system itself, is looking forreasons from the system, so that the research on hearing system more specific.
