Trust Of The "Compensated Demolished Residents" In Investment Behavior

This paper focuses on the investment behavior of the compensated demolishedresidents who use the compensation to invest in the village D. The author uses empiricalresearch way by interviewing the villagers to obtain information in the angle of the trusttheory. Firstly, the paper analyses whom the investors trust and what the investors trustfrom the aspect of the object. Secondly, it analyses how to distinguish and choose the trustfrom the aspect of the trust subject. Thirdly, it analyses the belief and the continuity oftheir trust from the aspect of the procedure.Through the research, it comes to the conclusions as following: Firstly, according tothe relation of the trust subject and the object, the relationship and the character ininterpersonal trust system play practical role to the investment and the character countsmore comparing with the relationship factor, assuming the condition is in accordance withthe system environment. Secondly, on the basis of the expectation of the trust subject tothe object, the authority and the benefit are key factors which influence the investmentbehavior. Besides, the trust the investor build on the authority is unconditional and theinvestor believes what the authority say. However, the trust the investor build on thebenefit is conditional and the investor only believes what they have get. So the authorityweighs more in the investment choosing. Thirdly, it forms rational trust and alternativetrust on the basis of the rational calculation and irrational alternation in the procedure ofthe trust grows. Moreover, the alternative trust is more general tha n the rational trust.Fourthly, there are various trust types in the investment behavior. The investor made asynthesis of their trust system, and the system consists of six trust modes. Fifthly, from theperspective of the trust consistency, the belief, the trust to the authority and to the rulesvaried, struggled and split in the investment behavior.This research also put forward discussions: the trust to the character plays a more andmore important part in the trust system in modern society. A single trust type can notanalyze the trust system fully. In our daily life, our trust system is a diverse trust mode.
