With the development and progress of society, the change of the social environment willbe much faster than the past. Therefore, people’s social adaptability should be improved.Today people’s understanding of health includes three-dimensional, which are physical health,mental health and social adaptability. However, according to the three-dimensional conceptand the characteristics of Physical Education, Sports Participation, sports skills, physicalhealth, mental health and social adaptability objectives are set in the basic goals anddevelopment target of the Physical Education Curriculum, to train students to the communitycapacity as the main course objectives. This requirement of physical education colleges anduniversities opened up a new field-"Social Adaptation." Whether the students can knowthemselves correctly, have self-control and deal with the relationship of people, academic,psychological endurance in a right way has very important sense and affection on their futureof adapting to society and seeking survival to develop them. Therefore,it is essential toexplore an appropriate and effective teaching method to improve the students’ socialadaptability. At present, the cooperative learning in physical education major is mainlyconnected with the strong collective items such as ball items, but there are few experimentsand researches of cooperative learning on the weaker collective items such as Aerobics. Thispaper attempts to use the "learning team" in the aerobics teaching of physical education, toinvestigate the affection of students’ social adaptability.In this paper, the main conclusions are drawn as follows:1. It’s better to use “The team cooperation study” in the body-building exercises,especially, it has significant affection on enhancing the standards of the students completingthe body-building exercises movement, strengthening the self-expression ability and theability of Composing. It based on establishing effective teams in the class and the communitykinetic theory. It is an effective teaching model, which can realize the development ofstudents’ body and mind, improve social adaptation ability. It is suit for the teaching form ofthe physical educational students.2. The questionnaire of “college student’ social adaptability with16projects and the4factors has high internal consistency and good construct validity.3.After experiment, The students in the experiment class have significant differencescompared with the students in the Comparison class on three factors which are self-regulation abilities, innovation ability and interpersonal adaptive ness (P <0.001), Its average value alsohas significant enhancement. There are little differences between the two classes only on thefactor of self-expression ability (P>0.05). But the average value of the post-test is higher thanthat of the pre-test, which suggested that the self-expression ability in both class has beenimproved.4.“The team cooperation study” has good effective on college student abilities,including the ability of self-control, self-expression, innovation, interpersonal adaptability.5.“The team cooperation study” has significant affection on enhancing the students tocomplete the body-building exercises movement. It can improve the students’ scores inbody-building terminal examinations.
