The middle-aged obese women heart rate under maximum fatoxidation athletic intensity was116.36+/-12.70b/min, running speed was6.06+/-1.23, accounting for66.83%of the vo2max.2. This research designs a middle-agedobese women FATmax intensity exercise for weight loss plan played a good effectreducing weight, achieve movement.3. This movement scheme can make themiddle-aged obese women improve body shape, body function well.
