Intensity of maximal fat oxidation is the exercise intensity at the peak value of Fatmax. As a new concept, Intensity of maximal fat oxidation could be the target intensity, which gives energy by activating fat oxidation furthest. It is important to lost weight. It bring more load capacity to body mechanism when exercise in hypoxia. It means decrease the exercise intensity and release the pain of losing weight.Object: This study attempts to explore in hypoxic environment(simulated altitude of 2500 meters altitude environment,AT is about35.88 kpa,PO2 is about 7.51kpa) as the means of intervention for Fatmax impact estimates when obesity campaign in hypoxic environment fat mobilization optimum strength. Analysis of correlation function indexes were under hypoxic and normoxic environment, and to explore the possible mechanism for the Prescription of losing weight and bring new ideas. Methods: The experiment was set in hypoxic environment of simulated altitude of 2500 meters altitude hypoxic environment training room,15 fat young man from college have been recruited and pass body fat(fat%) with bioelectrical impedance test. All the subjects have to test the maximum oxygen uptake VO2 maxH and VO2 maxN under hypoxic environment and the normoxic. Next, the objectives will have maximum oxygen uptake tests under normoxic environment and hypoxic environment separately by VO2 max rate of work machine. And then record HR, VO2, RPE, RER and calculate FatmaxH, FatmaxN and the difference value △Fatmax under hypoxia and normoxia. Finally, realize Fatmax intensity and other functional indexes under hypoxia and normoxia by contrast.Results:(1) Under normoxic environment, the objectives’ maximum average fat oxidation(Fatmax) is 59.63±12.73)%VO2max while(45.69±11.13)%VO2max in hypoxia. Although not significant difference, maximum average fat oxidation(Fatmax) dropped by(13.94±7.51)%VO2max in the hypoxic environment compared to the normoxic as overall average.(2) It shows Fat% and △Fatmax of objects have highly correlation(P<0.05,R=-0.68) and at this time, the Anegative value means the lower values.(3) When the 15 minutes of thetraining, there is a significantly differentce of HR in the two environments.( P<0.05) When the training started 5 minutes later, heart rate in hypoxic environment for the first time is more than that in the normoxic environment. However the movement of heart rates looks similar in both environments. The blood pressure(△BP)of the variable range of heart rates also have no apparently difference before or after training(P>0.05).(4) Linear relationship between HR and RPE hypoxic and normoxic environment, basic agreement, in hypoxic exercise for 15 minutes or so, a linear relationship with the normoxic its HR and RPE appeared discrete. Conclusion: In the situation of decrease of oxygen concentration, intensification to the load of human body from hypoxia and acute reaction of the body organism, it is suggested that exercise intensify should be reduced when oxygen concentration is decreasing(attitude increasing). The fatter you are the more influence on lipid metabolism in hypoxia. It is suggested that devise a lost weight solution in hypoxia and decrease the about 5%-10% VO2 max of exercise intensify compared to that in normoxic.
