Bilingual education is an important part of education for ethnic minorities inXinjiang, effective teaching and high teaching quality are common pursuit of allethnic teachers. This summary of the research on bilingual teaching of teachereducation literature on the basis of a Uighur bilingual chemistry teachers of middleschools in Urumqi as study object, classroom observation and case studies,interviews and other methods used, around three types of knowledge typical of juniormiddle school chemistry teaching of middle school chemistry lesson, analysis andcomparison of chemistry bilingual teachers and novice expert chemicalcharacteristics of bilingual teachers ’ teaching ideas. The main conclusions are asfollows:The characteristics of technocrat chemical bilingual teachers are: good atteaching material development; Pay attention to optimize the teaching to improvestudents’ interest; Good at to carry out activities that students take the initiative toobtain knowledge skills. The characteristics of novice chemistry bilingual teachingare as follows: basic knowledge according to compiling system and the logicalstructure of the textbook; Pay attention to use the new curriculum to advocates thestudent learning actively, but poor effectiveness; Good at using the modern mediatechnology stimulate students’ perceptual thinking.The differences between Intjs chemistry bilingual teachers and novice chemistrybilingual in teaching idea mainly displays in: the former pay attention to teachstudents new curriculum idea and three-dimensional curriculum goals; Technocratchemistry bilingual teacher pay attention to guide the student to master the correctlearning ideas of chemistry. New type chemical bilingual teachers pay attention touse the new curriculum advocates the student active learning the way of teaching, butless effective, is good at using the modern media means to stimulate students’ interestin learning.
