Professional quality is the core of the teacher professional development, as well as the precondition and the key to improve the quality of bilingual teaching. As a important constitute part of structure of teacher professional quality, the teacher professional affection has a significant lead and regulation. Better professional affection can promote teacher professional development, it will seriously constrain the development of bilingual teacher contrarily. Study of current situation on the professional affection of Uygur chemistry bilingual teachers of middle school is in six middle school in Urumqi, related work is following sectors:â… .Analyzing the related concept of the professional affection of teacher by the literature method and explicit the connotation of professional affection of teacher: (1) Bilingual teachers'cognition, pursuit, feeling and volition to the bilingual teaching.(2)Bilingual teachers'skills to deal with the Uygur and Chinese.(3)Bilingual teachers'awareness of development and utilization of national course resources.â…¡.The research investigates 30 chemical bilingual teachers of middle school in Urumqi by self-plait questionnaire. Statistics to discover: there are 96.43% bilingual teachers who have a good lever of Chinese language and have humble attitude and 85.71% bilingual teachers who have career to pursue and a better consciousness of self-leaning and 82.14% bilingual teachers who can work with confidence and enthusiasm and have a good feeling of self-efficacy; The study also found out that there are 14.28% bilingual teachers who are still lack of the dedication and have a weak concept of cooperation and 28.57% bilingual teachers who are lack of the necessary consciousness of experimental safety and 21.43% bilingual teachers who lack patience and 32.14% bilingual teachers who are lack of independence and decisiveness and 10.71% bilingual teachers who are lack of an ability of self-control.â…¢.There are an individual case research on two expert and two common type Uygur chemical bilingual teachers, founds by classroom observing and traced interviewing: (1)The common bilingual teachers have the cheerful self-confidence, better aesthetics and the higher teaching intense emotion ,but they have shown arbitrariness and are lack of flexibility and innovative spirit and can not carry through a reasonable attribution facing frustrate.(2) The bilingual experts are humorous, merciful and with the better tactful of teaching, but they are still lack of strongly responsibility for leading professional growth of common teachers and the consciousness of developing and utilizing Uygur national resources.â…£.Basing on the investigation and the case study, The research analyzes and induces some affective factors of development of bilingual teachers professional affection and put forward some suggestions and measures.
