The development of national education in Xinjiang calls for joint effort from allnational bilingual teachers.Uygur bilingual teachers need to complete the task oftraining Xinjiang minority students, scientific literacy, they are required to have solidprofessional knowledge and skilled bilingual teaching skills, also perfect chemistrybilingual teaching affection.The present study chose three Uighur middle school chemistry bilingualteachers in Urumqi as study objects,who respectively in the Novice-Skilled–Expertstage of teaching development.The present study adopted class observation methodand interview to collect typical teaching affection research data.From the perspectiveof teaching concept,teaching emotion and teaching psychological teachinganalysis,it can be concluded that:the Expert teacher has correct and comprehensiveteaching concept, love for students and has easy-going, optimistic and a dedicatedteaching emotion, has good interpersonal relationship and certain teaching pursuit ofpsychological quality; The Skilled teacher stricts in students, has the ability to createactive classroom atmosphere, but teaching concept is slightly traditional,failing tobuild good relationship between students because of the job burnout;The Noviceteacher is easy to tolerant to students and full of working passion, has the advancedteaching concept but lack of practical experience on creating relaxed and activeclassroom atmosphere.Based on the above research puts forward the development of Uighur bilingualteachers teaching cordiality advice: teaching affective needs to hold on theprofound,comprehensive and keeping pace with updated teaching ideas;havepassion, love and good teaching emotion; and constantly improve personal charm,the pursuit of excellence in teaching psychological quality.chemistry from middle school...
