The Present Situation Of The Sexual Psychological Health Of College Freshmen And Countermeasures Of The Ideological Political Education

Psychology is an important part of individual psychology,in the basic of sexual physiology,related to sexuality, sexual desire, sexual behavior’s mental processes the psychological state and psychological process.In adolescent to adult stage of university freshman is special time,and from the high school life to the university life,they have unique psychologic characteristics,also the period of high incidence of mental health problems.Thus the analysis to understand the situation of sexual psychological health of freshmen of college,and take the appropriate strategy.That is the indispensable important content of the work of ideological and political education and mental health education of college,also is necessary measures of the healthy growth of college students.The main methods of this research are survey method,sample by cluster sampling,selected in the territory of300undergraduates from Southwestern university of finance and economics,Southwest university for nationalities,Chengdu college of electronic science and technology of China and Sichuan management professional institute of Sichuan Province,representing four categories of schools that including the key universities, general colleges and universities, independent college, vocational college.This study investigated tool adopts "adolescent mental health scale"(Luo an, Zheng Yong),320questionnaires,300valid questionnaires, data statistics method using SPSS13.0.The survey found the whole of psychological health state of Sichuan Province college students lower than the national youth norm,in addition to the dimension of self-adaptation in adaptation questionnaire and the national norm of no significant difference,the differences of other dimensions are reached extremely significant level.From the content point of view,the sexual adaptation is better than sexual cognition,the sexual value is poor situation.From the crowd,boys’ the level of sexual cognition and sexual adaptation is higher than girls’,the freshmen from city have higher sexual cognition and value than the freshmen from countryside,college students’ sexual adaptation better than university students’.The reasons,have the following several aspects:(1)Sexual psychological health education differences between urban and rural areas, also regional differences;(2) The lack of sexual psychological health education from basic education,family education;(3) College mental health education is not enough;(4) The government in the absence of sexual psychological health education;(5) The negative influence of the western culture impact and the Internet and other new media.Accordingly, puts forward the following countermeasures:firstly, the combination of ethics moral education and sexual psychologic health education, help the students to form the correct sexual value; secondly, to correct "marriage" value as the guidance, actively carry out of colleges’sexual psychologic health education activities; thirdly,to bisexual civilization communication as the starting point, and actively promote the family’s sexual psychologic health education; fourth,to purify the Internet information, create the healthy environment for shaping sexual behavior, students’ good sexual ideas; five, strengthening the level of the ideological and moral cultivation, provide human basis for sexual psychological health level.
