Information technology adoption and diffusion process in the primary and secondary school is refers to the government departments, research institutions, enterprises, schools and etc as the main body of the promoters for primary school teachers to understand and to adopt information technology to promote the innovation of teaching process. From a computer,a projector and a interactive whiteboard, every year a lot of new knowledge, new technologies and new concepts used in the field of education. However, not every new things can be accepted and diffused by the teachers,and teachers can be used in teaching. Why the teachers in primary and secondary school to accept or do not accept, diffuse or do not diffuse a new thing? Why do some new things can lasting used by teachers, while others stop a halfway? In this study, the practical problems encountered in the primary and secondary school teachers’knowledge diffusion and summed up the four obstacle:teachers obstacles, knowledge barriers, path obstacles and organizational barriers.Finally, the author puts forward the question, For example,how to diffuse a kind of new knowledge in primary and middle school? What is the diffusion of the decision-making process? What is diffusion of the general pattern? What factors influence its effect? According to the above questions, this research mainly in three stages to complete.The first stage, I reviewed the literature for the primary and secondary school teachers ’knowledge diffusion, first defined the basic concepts of teacher knowledge and knowledge diffusion, and then made the appropriate overview of domestic and international knowledge diffusion research status and domestic and foreign teachers’ knowledge diffusion influencing factors.The second stage, from the perspective of knowledge diffusion, in jinhua city primary school teachers for a node, with a kind of new knowledge (interactive whiteboard teaching) as an example, the communication link between them as edges, in the school all teachers of knowledge diffusion network for social network analysis, respectively from the overall network structure, centricity, condensing subgroup in three analysis aspects, and combining with interview method, finally concluded that primary school teachers’ knowledge diffusion of the decision-making process and the general pattern. The third stage, based on the existing research theory and results, to build the initial model, and proposed a hypothesis, and then a new knowledge (interactive whiteboard teaching) to investigate the preparation of elementary school teachers the knowledge diffusion Scale and impact factors investigation questionnaire, and then in a selected sample of primary school teachers, and build the final model of the primary school teachers’knowledge diffusion influencing factors based on the AMOS structural equation.In this article, through empirical research, get three main research results:First, through the social network analysis methods to analyze a particular knowledge diffusion network, map out the school teachers’knowledge diffusion network structure,understand the general characteristics of teachers’knowledge diffusion, revealed the mechanism of teachers’ knowledge diffusion in the primary school, and combined with interviews and get the teachers’ knowledge diffusion of the decision-making process and the general pattern in the primary school. Second, this study can through structural equation model to verify the influence factors of the teachers’ knowledge diffusion model in primary school.Four external factors that influence the effect of teachers’ knowledge diffusion that mainly include the teachers’ personal, knowledge properties, diffusion path and school system. Third, this study put forward the feasibility strategy for the diffusion of new knowledge and offers a new method for design of teachers’ professional development platform, offers a new research idea for teacher professional development.
