| Teachers'ability of knowledge management can be better to promote teacher's professional development, to promote students' learning literacy, to promote education reforms.Enhancing Teachers' ability of knowledge management can help them to construct and formation the knowledge better, help to cultivate students' self-study consciousness and life-long learning ability, promote the development of educational informatization. But, at present, there are a lot of problems in knowledge management practice of elementary and secondary school teachers, even they didn't realize the concept of knowledge management and its practical value.What issues exist in knowledge management practice between elementary and secondary school teachers, what factors affecting knowledge management practice, how to improve the ability of knowledge management of primary and secondary school teachers? In this thesis, junior middle school teachers will be taken as the object of study, to investigate and study these problems.First, through various angle to understand knowledge management, this paper summarizes the connotation of knowledge management comprehensively from six levels: the thought, technology, method, process, achievement and purpose. Second, the paper construct junior middle school information technology teachers'knowledge management competence model, through analysis and classified the junior middle school information technology teachers'knowledge and the actives of the knowledge management practice. Third, according to the model, this paper design questionnaire survey, and summary data researched results through the statistical analysis, to find problems and effect factors in the development of junior middle school information technology teachers'knowledge management ability. Finally, the research gives the development suggestions of junior middle school information technology teachers'knowledge management ability, to lay the foundation for the subsequent research. |
