Objective:Comparing the balance index experiment group of Guozhuangdance fitness exercise and control group without exercise in older women, fromdifferent angles to study long-term fitness Guozhuang dance exercise on elderly womenbalance performance, and then the Tibet traditional folk dance by scientific afteradaptation "Tibet fitness dance Guozhuang" fitness value, provide theoretical help forsolving the issue of aging in China and the national fitness program, provide thescientific basis for the inheritance and development of traditional culture, and to providereference data for the promotion and development of "Tibet fitness Guozhuang dance".Methods:Collect middle-aged and old women fitness enthusiasts without cardiovasculardisease and motor dysfunction in the Chengdu Sport University community around thesquare, through the questionnaire survey were64participants. In the pre-experimentalperiod through the following three forms of intensity information collection of "Tibetfitness dance Guozhuang":1polar heart rate of subjects in real-time heart rate monitor.2movement on the strength of feeling after exercise about.3regular RPE form. Actionstructure and motion amplitude changes through the above information on creation atthe beginning of the "Tibet fitness dance Guozhuang", formed the "Tibet fitness danceGuozhuang" motion scheme. The64subjects were randomly divided into "Tibet fitnessdance Guozhuang" exercise intervention group and30in the control group34, theintervention group every Monday to Friday at the Chengdu Sport UniversityGymnastics Hall when the length of70minutes of "Tibet fitness dance Guozhuang"exercise intervention, for a period of12weeks, the control group in accordance with theoriginal individual sports mode12weeks. Two groups of subjects were in before andafter the intervention to research at the Chengdu Sport University Institute of sportsmedicine balance ability test. Results:Before and after the experiment, standing heel raise test, the experimental groupis significantly improved (P <0.01), no control group significantly (P>0.05); strengthening of Romberg syndrome, single foot standing with eyes closed test, theexperimental group has a very significant increase (P <0.01), the control group tostrengthen closed experimental results of Romberg syndrome have significant improved(P<0.05); in the BIODEX balance ability test, the experimental group postural stability, stability limit test were significantly increased (P<0.01), the experimental group fall riskassessment test was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01); marking time withclosed eyes test, the experimental group has a very significant increase (P <0.01), thecontrol group has improved significantly, but no significant effect of the experimentalgroup.Conclusion:(1) Based on the experiment stand heel raise experiment, enhancement ofRomberg syndrome, one leg standing with eyes closed test, the experimental data wasanalyzed and the fitness Guozhuang dance training has very significant on elderlywomen of lower extremity strength and static balance of. Description of long-termfitness dance Guozhuang exercises can improve the control ability of elderly femalebody centre of gravity.(2) based on the BIODEX balance function test after theexperiment and eyes closed piaffe experimental test, the experimental data was analyzedand obtained the experimental group has a very significant improvement in the aspectsof dynamic balance ability, so the fitness dance Guozhuang exercise has a prominenteffect on the dynamic balance in elderly women improve.(3) long-term fitnessGuozhuang dance exercise can improve the body balance in elderly women and musclestrength of lower limbs.
