| Objective: Study the "Tibet fitness Guozhuang dance", ensure thescientific and reasonable exercise intensity in order to make it suitable for the oldpeople, make the old people’s part-time life more rich and colorful, provide them withtheoretical guidance and make contributions to the nation’s traditional culture heritageand development and the promotion of the "Tibet fitness Guozhuang dance. Methods:Recruiting34healthy old people around Chengdu Sport University’s surroundingcommunities Squares fitness and send them the PAR-Q questionnaire for furtherscreening, finally choose30subjects after considering their family or personal factors.The30subjects exercise70minutes long of "Tibet fitness Guozhuang dance perweekday at the Chengdu Institute of Physical Education Gymnasium for12weeks.During the12weeks, the subjects are tested of morning pulse, heart rate telemetry(Polar table) in exercise, through on the subjective feelings of fatigue table (RPE) of fillin the subjective feeling of exercise intensity of "Tibet Fitness pot Zhuang dance;Measuring the exercise intensity of Tibet fitness GuoZhuang dance by studying thecardiac function (FC) before and after the intervention and the change of stepexperimental index. Results: Morning Pulse is not substantial fluctuations;2. Themonitoring heart rate telemetry (Polar table) shows that during70minutes’ Tibet fitnessGuozhuang dance exercise of exercise more than65%to achieve70%~85%HR(maximum heart rate),60%~80%HRR (heart rate reserve) that is115~144times/min;3. Study the feeling of RPE find the exercise intensity level of50%~71.5%between themedium-the larger the intensity, the heart rate is the120~150times/min, thepercentage of heart rate reserve (HRR) is between40%~84%, the percentage ofmaximum heart rate (HRmax) between55%~89%, with Polar table basic monitoringheart rate is basically the same;4. The function (FC) and step experiment index beforeand after the intervention both show significant difference; Conclusion: the "TibetFitness Guozhuang’s exercise intensity is scientific and reasonable, suitable for the oldpeople’s movement. |
