Sustainable Development Of Competitive Sports In Chongqing City

As an important cultural phenomenon, sports reflect the developmentof human civilization, the spirit of struggle and human society, sports has increasinglybecome an indispensable part of life of people in the social world. The developmentof competitive sports play an important role for the promotion of social spiritualcivilization construction, promote social and economic sustainable development. Thesustainable development of competitive sports will become the direction and goal ofreform and development of the competitive sports, but also is the inevitable choice ofsports industry in china. This paper studies how to scientific and reasonable for thedevelopment of athletic sports in Chongqing City, improve the strength of competitivesports, has practical value and important theoretical significance to promote thesustainable development of competitive sports in Chongqing city.This article through the literature material law, questionnaire survey, expertinterviews, comprehensive analysis of the present situation of competitive sports inChongqing city for a more in-depth investigation and analysis, summarized the factorsthat restrict the development of athletic sports in Chongqing City, and puts forwardsome countermeasures for the sustainable development of Chongqing city sports. Theresults of this study:A, Chongqing city athletics development exist in the process of competitivesports management system is not perfect, the operating mechanism is not complete,lack of long-term strategic planning, sports funding shortage, lack of sports venues,facilities supply difficulties, the resettlement of retired athletes sports scientificresearch scientific research and service level is low, the lack of reserve sports talentsof high level coaches, athletic training system is not perfect wait for a problem, theseproblems restricted the sustainable development of Chongqing competitive sports.Two, through the advanced experience of the strong province of our countryathletics sports analysis concluded that: with the establishment of the sports lawmanagement system; government policy on the sports support; sufficient fundsinvestment in competitive sports, perfect facilities, pay relatively perfect security system; the implementation of the "talent strong body" strategy, pay attention to sportstalents training and introduction, high level athletes, coaches, referees and otherscientific selection, all kinds of sports talents training, training system; theimplementation of the "union of science and education" education mode, gocollegization of athletics sports development path; to give preferential policy ofresettlement of elite retired athletes, high economic compensation and other advancedexperience jobs for retired athletes is very worthy of the development of competitivesports in Chongqing for reference.Three, to realize the sustainable development strategy of competitive sports inChongqing city is: should be the guiding ideology for sustainable development,formulated the strategy of sustainable development, this paper puts forward thestrategy of science and education strategy and culture strategy, talents of gold. In thesystem of management, to further improve the "for the city system"; the establishmentof a comprehensive, scientific incentive mechanism and competition managementsystem.
