Building Of Sunshine Sports Quality Monitoring System In Common Colleges And Universities

The launch of Sunshine Sports Campaign in colleges is of great significance to promote the development of college students’physical health. Since its launch in2007, colleges and universities attach importance to the activity to different degrees and the quality differs from school to school. Thus, monitoring the quality of Sunshine Sports in colleges and universities is the best approach to stimulating their enthusiasm in participating the activities and also the most efficient way to improve the quality of sunshine sports. The purpose of establishing the quality monitoring system in university sunshine sports is to urge the government, universities, society and students to establish a set of scientific,full-process, full-participation, self-analytic, self-monitoring management system, thus improving the quality continuously and effectively.The article undertakes essential analysis of the implementation of the monitoring system. It does a survey of the samples about the organization of activities and the effects of implementation, analyzes the reasons why the activities in some colleges and universities have not achieved the expected results, and highlights the necessity to introduce real-time monitoring and effectiveness evaluation as well as the significance of quality monitoring system.In addition, the article applies a combination of theories, namely, total quality management theory, system science theory, the evaluation theory and other relevant theories of college education quality monitoring, together with the practice of existing sunshine sports quality monitoring, to explore the relationship among four constituent elements (establishment of monitoring subject and target, establishment of quality control standards, a variety of quality control methods) of monitoring system and to construct the monitoring mode.Quality monitoring system is mainly composed of the state monitoring model, school model, social monitoring model and self-monitoring model, all of which have their own advantages and disadvantages. The state model is mandatory and rigid, which easily results in inflexibility. School model is the most direct one, which is prone to formalism. Social model has a wide monitoring subject, but it is difficult to put into practice. Self-monitoring is more passive, but is easy to implement. The four patterns, which complement each other, are important components of the monitoring system and escort the sunshine sports movement smoothly.
