Research On The Internal Control System Of Teaching Quality In Private Colleges

This paper takes inner monitoring system of the teaching quality in private colleges as the research object, and it summarizes the research results of the monitoring system of teaching quality at home and abroad. The author analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the inner teaching quality monitoring in private colleges in Shaanxi province and discusses the construction and operation mode of the inner monitoring system of teaching quality in private colleges.The paper contains six parts:The first part of this study introduces the research background, research actuality at home and abroad, the intention and meaning of this study. And it defines the research methods and technical route employed in the research, and it also gives the basic framework of the research.The second part gives a detailed introduction of the basic concepts and basis theory related to the study. And here the author also analyzes the feasibility of the theory of total quality management and PDCA cycle model applied to inner monitoring system of the teaching quality in private colleges.Based on analyzing the existing problems and their causes of the teaching quality in private colleges, the third part discusses the actuality, existing problems and the reasons of the problems of the inner teaching quality monitoring in Private colleges.Based on the discussion of the principles in constructing inner monitoring system of the teaching quality in private colleges, the fourth part states the inner monitoring system of the teaching quality in private colleges on the basis of the content of inner monitoring of teaching quality, organization of monitoring, standard of monitoring and means of monitoring, information collection and feedback of monitoring.The fifth part discusses the operation principle of inner monitoring system of the teaching quality in private colleges. Then, the operation of inner monitoring system of the teaching quality in private colleges is analyzed on the basis of the PDCA cycle model.In the sixth part, the author makes a brief summary and points out the deficiencies of the study. In addition, the further research problems are put forward.
