| Teachers is the main force of the teaching system, and their professionalbehavior has many of the characteristics and skills requirements. Normal schoolstudents must undergo rigorous training of teaching, master teaching skills andteaching strategies before qualifying for real classroom teaching. Micro-teaching,such a continuing education training mode, is significant in promoting the fullimplementation of complex teaching activities. According to the actual needs ofthe development of education, micro-teaching, based on teaching theory, givescomprehensive training of teachers teaching ability. The micro-teaching isgenerally divided into four stages, theoretical study, teaching demonstration,teaching practice and feedback evaluation.Starting from the theoretical basis of micro-teaching, this paper has carriedout a comprehensive survey of Teachers micro-teaching in Donghua Junior MiddleSchool, Dongguan City by literature method, questionnaires method and case method.We have overall understanding in the teachers micro-teaching practice of DonghuaJunior Middle School. This paper points out that the main problems of the middleschool in practice by analyzing from training recognize, training content,training form, as well as resource management, and analyses the reasons leadingto these problems.Finally, aiming at the problems found in the survey the Donghua Junior HighSchool Teachers micro-teaching, and combining with micro-teaching theory andsuccessful cases at home and abroad, This paper puts forward a series of ways andmeasures to perfect Donghua Junior Middle School micro-teaching, including givingfull play the guiding role of relevant departments, strengthening management,optimizing micro-teaching approach, developing a realistic training content andform, devoting more resources, and so on. |
