Biology is a science course based on experiments and biological experiment.Experiment teaching is an important part of biology teaching in middle school, a basicway for students to learn biology.The training of biological literacy largely dependson the teaching of biological experiment. The study aim to making the domesticeducation workers understand the biology experiment teaching situation of highschool in guangdong, providing reference teaching resources for the remotemountainous areas, so that they can set the biology experiment teaching according tolocal resources.This paper mainly studies the teaching situation of biological experiment of highschool in the remote mountain areas of guangdong province through the questionnairesurvey.It analyzes the effective questionnaire from angels of teachers and students toknow about the hardware and software conditions of biological experiment, thecurrent teaching materials of the implementation of biological experiment in schools.several phased summaries were made by analyzing the status.Finally, on the basis of the analysis of teaching present situation of high schoolbiological experiment in remote mountain areas of Guang dong province,the reasonsaddress the problems including: high school biological experiment and experimentteaching is under the deserved attention, the experimental teaching mode is relativelyold, the ability of teaching and the educational reform is relatively poor, experimentalteaching research is relatively insufficient, the evaluation approach of experimentalteaching is relatively single etc. Relative suggestions were offered to improve thepresent teaching situation of biological experiment in remote mountainous areas andrelative strategies were given.
