strategy.However,with the strong advancement of urbanization and economic development,there is an increasingly serious problem of the loss of specialized sports teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province.If not effectively addressed,it will inevitably hinder the development of basic sports undertakings,affect the improvement of people’s quality of life,and even affect the promotion of the national fitness strategy,the healthy China strategy,and the sports power strategy.Social integration is an important way for sports special post teachers to "stay,stay,and teach well",and an important starting point for implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.It is important for curbing the outflow of sports special post teachers,stabilizing the sports special post teacher team,optimizing the construction of sports special post teachers,promoting the development of basic sports undertakings,improving the level of people’s quality of life,and even assisting the national fitness strategy,the healthy China strategy The strategy of strengthening China through sports has strong practical significance.Based on this,this study comprehensively uses research methods such as literature research,field interviews,expert evaluation,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis,and uses social integration theory to conduct research on towns and townships in Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province,except for the county seat,from the four dimensions of economic integration,social integration,cultural integration,and physical and mental integration,This paper deeply explores the influencing factors that hinder the social integration of special post physical education teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province,and proposes corresponding integration strategies.This study consists of 9 parts: The first part is an introduction.The main purpose is to establish the basis,purpose,and significance of the study.The second part is literature review.The main task is to sort out relevant domestic and foreign literature,clarify relevant core concepts,elaborate on the theoretical basis,and make relatively objective research reviews.The third part is the research object and method.The main task is to clarify the research object and method.The fourth part is the technical route.It mainly follows the research idea of "asking questions-understanding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems-summarizing problems" to build a research framework.The fifth part is a preliminary analysis of the current situation of social integration.The main purpose is to initially reflect the current situation of social integration through the "stay behind" intention,and roughly identify existing problems and improvement directions,laying a foundation for further research in the future.The sixth part is the theoretical model construction of social integration.It mainly includes identifying the internal structure of social integration,summarizing the theoretical model of social integration,selecting research variables for social integration,constructing a theoretical model of social integration,and proposing research hypotheses.The seventh part is the verification of the theoretical model of social integration.It mainly includes questionnaire design,questionnaire testing and investigation,data standardization,data reliability and validity evaluation,data descriptive statistics and normality testing,correlation analysis between social inclusion dimensions,structural equation modeling(SEM),model analysis and discussion,and model analysis conclusions.The eighth part is the analysis of the path of social integration.Mainly based on the SEM model of social integration,identify the significant factors that affect social integration,and propose practical integration strategies.The ninth part is the research conclusion,research deficiencies,and research prospects.The main purpose of this study is to summarize the conclusions of the study,propose the shortcomings of the study,and further look forward to the future based on empirical research on social integration.Based on the above research content,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of social integration of sports special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province is poor,and most sports special post teachers have a tendency to flow out.In the future,the social integration of sports special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province needs to be optimized and upgraded.(2)There is a pairwise correlation between the four latent variables of "economic integration,social integration,cultural integration,and physical and mental integration",all of which have a positive impact on the social integration of sports special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province,and there are indirect,direct,and overall effects with the higher-order variable of "social integration of sports special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province.(3)In the direct effect of the SEM model of social integration of sports special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province,the variables that directly affect the effect size from large to small are cultural integration,social integration,economic integration,physical and mental integration.(4)There are 9 main factors that hinder the social integration of physical education special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province,including obstacles to basic salary increase,uneven distribution of performance-based wages,small social scope,fewer community activities,lack of festival activities,lack of dialect training,lack of identity recognition,lower social status,and greater psychological distance.(5)Based on the SEM model of social integration of sports special post teachers in remote mountainous areas of Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province,the following integration strategies are proposed: firstly,by verifying the financial level at all levels,constructing a financial sharing mechanism,coordinating supervision among multiple departments,expanding the platform for professional title evaluation,improving performance evaluation plans,and ensuring excellent performance and compensation for teachers,the economic income level of sports special post teachers can be improved;The second is to enhance the awareness of teacher citizen interaction,expand the social scope of teachers,enrich the content of community activities,and guide teachers to participate in the community to improve the social communication level of sports special post teachers;Thirdly,by integrating local festival activities,infiltrating teachers’ daily lives,collecting and organizing regional dialects,and promoting teachers’ cultural acquisition,the cultural integration level of sports special post teachers can be improved;The fourth is to improve the physical and mental integration level of physical education special position teachers by improving the enrollment plan upon expiration,strengthening teacher identity recognition,eradicating the trend of exam oriented education,enhancing the social status of teachers,enhancing local service functions,and resolving the psychological distance between teachers. |
