The primary Chinese language is a basic subject in the compulsory education stage. It plays an important role in developing students ’ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities, developing students’ creativity and healthy personality, developing good will of character. But the activity writing as an important part of the primary Chinese language teaching, which stands the special situation to fulfill above educational tasks. The writing of itself is both a reconstruction of knowledge, innovation, and a reproduction of student life, understanding, creating, sublimation, but also is an open, flowing, progressive, complex thought process. The concept of activity composition teaching and its teaching methods must appeal to such the process of writing teaching process. However, we should also see that suffer from the long-term "examination-oriented education", the concept of activity teaching writing, thinking, emotion, content, presentation, problem, paradigm, evaluation, and so on, there are still exist many problems. Therefore, how to further optimize the activity composition teaching methods and effectively improve the quality of teaching, which has the greatest significance and become a common concern of the majority of first-line language teachers’hotspot.Part of the theoretical research, firstly, the paper makes a definition of activities composition teaching’s meaning, and makes a construction about the upper primary activity composition teaching content frame in theory, and then deeply analysis of the upper primary activities composition teaching significance for improving the teaching of primary school stage assignments, and discuss the guidance of the three theoretical basis of this study. In the investigation part, make a research about two characteristics of primary school at Qigong City, which based on the high primary activities of composition teaching framework and the construction of high primary activities of composition teaching activities of teachers, the activities composition teaching participation of students, and incentive evaluation status Survey found teachers activity can not embody the concept of "student-oriented" organizational awareness activities the composition teaching process can not do individualized and activities composition teaching evaluation system failure, from traditional teachers teaching writing given potential, school activities, teaching resources and the high level students in the primary school’s age characteristics of the teaching effect,and so on. The paper makes a concrete analysis about the causes. Finally, combined with the excellent first-line teaching experience to make a guidance for this study with four theories, and put forward the following strategies:according to the psychological characteristics of the upper primary students to design the activities essay, pay more attention to the activities of teaching writing’s life, and enhance the teachers’ guidance during the process of the activities writing and improve the teaching evaluation methods.
