That is not enough for increasing the influence of squash. On the contrary, Hong Kong has a big number of squash stadiums, high level andamounts of competitions. It has great impact of the development of squash.2. Owing to the lack of active squash athletes, unreasonable echelon settingsinsufficient trainings and athletic grade system, this in turn undermined thepopularization and development of squash in China. There are only two squash reserve base in China. It shows obvious fault effect incultivating young talented players. At the same time, the picking age of the players ishigher. That should block them to receive new technique. Hong Kong has a moresystematic and logical model of nurturing the potentials. Despite the Chinese SquashTeam has hired overseas professional elite coaches and organized different outtrainings, the amount of training time is far from sufficient, deterring the developmentof the elites sport.4. The Chinese squash coaches are falling behind in terms of the number of membersand their training time. Their monotonous and less innovative training approacheshas caused unsatisfactory training outcomes There are only20Chinese mainlandcoaches in level1. However, Hong Kong have a number of coaches from level1to3.5. The Chinese Squash Team lacks a comprehensive supporting system. Its financefully relies on support from country, and has no marketing income. The team has nopermanent sports science, nutrition and medicine supporting staffs to cater for theneeds of athletes. The Hong Kong Squash team has a comprehensive supportingsystem. Their fund has many resources other than administrated finance. It hassufficient supporting scientific staffs, which fulfill the need of training andcompetition.
