This study investigated the physiological responses of thepre-competition training in female adolescent handball players(n=12).9ofthe players are second grade player,the others are third grade player.Theiraverage age is14.6±0.9,their mean training period is4.5±0.5years.RBC,HB,HCT,MHCH, RDW-CV, MCV/RDW,CK,BUN,T and C were measuredone time per week for4weeks.Speacial capacity were measured before andbehind the pre-competition training.The results shows that during pre-competition training, RBC, HB andHCT tend to raise, and reached a higher value at the end of thepre-competition training period. MCV/RDW was significantly lower in thirdweek than in second week.MCV/RDW was no statistic meanings. CK wassignificantly higher in second week than in first week, significantly lowerin third week than in second week. But CK was significant individuallydifference in Ss. WBC and BUN were in the range of a normal level. Therewas no significant differences between each weeks. T and C’s ratiosignificantly higher in fourth week than in second week.1minutes pass balland3m×5m sprints were significantly higher during the post-exercise thanpre-exercise.It implicated athletes had a uncomfortable physiological responses atthe first beginning of pre-competition training. But as the training continue,they adapted to the high-intensity pre-competition training and turned intoa good physical condition.
