Young strong is strong in China, high school students are the backbone of themotherland. In the socialist economic rapid development today, if there is no body and healthy mind,how to face the challenges of the future. Hip-hop dance was born in the United States is one of the black,is a means of physical exercise, the introduction of our country is in the1980s. Dance in our country isquickly developed, from the historical TV recreational programs of street dance in density can see out.Dancing, scholars in our country based on the characteristics of street dance, hip-hop in unhealthy andthe factor that can cause damage to the body to correct or remove, sinicization of the products, after thestreet dance is fitness dance. Interest is the best teacher, as a sports fitness dance, its movementcharacteristic in theory is fit for middle school students body and mind law of development. This articleselects fitness dance as the research content, the purpose is to explore the feasibility of fitness danceclass in Chengdu city middle school. Current research on sports fitness dance into the middle schoolclassroom’s article is not much, so to study the feasibility of the fitness dance into middle school physicaleducation is necessary.This article through to the urban area of Chengdu high school carries on the investigation andresearch, the current situation of carrying out fitness dance in Chengdu urban middle school teachersand students as the experiment object, to Chengdu, Chengdu4Chambers in the league,10city middleschool division and40of100students and teacher questionnaires. Combined with2months of study,the experiment is divided into two groups, each group30people, learning time is14hours, learningcontent of fitness dance and mass aerobics level respectively. Based on the combination control group’sbasic quality tests results, sports statistical method of mean value, variance and T test for research andanalysis. Mainly adopts questionnaire survey method, literature material method, logic method,mathematical statistics, comparative analysis method, experimental method and other researchmethods. Mainly from the student factor, teacher factor, school factor, social factor, national policyfactor and exercise fitness dance itself characteristic and the significance of factors combined with theanalysis of experimental results of fitness dance class urban secondary schools feasibility study.Research conclusions:1in the Chengdu city middle school middle school physical educationteaching experiments found that the fitness dance teaching the restriction of the venue, equipment,space and time is small; Simple actions, pleasant teaching atmosphere, light music can let the studentsactively take part in physical exercise, physical education class teaching more effectiveness.2throughthe study of literature combined with questionnaire survey found that fitness dance characteristic is inline with the law of development of middle school students health of body and mind, conform to thestudents’ interest in need; Schools have appropriate venues, facilities and teachers; Social and culturalactivities which require the participation of fitness dance; New curriculum reform requires studentsall-round development and personality development is the basis of the comprehensive development;Therefore from the student factor, teacher factor, school factor, social factor, national policy factor andthe characteristic of the fitness dance itself factor research and analysis found that fitness dance inmiddle school physical education class is feasible.
