| At present, the phenomenon that students in competitive sports schools are caringprofessional sports training and tiring study is quite serious. Based on analysis ofdomestic and foreign literature, the author takes Guangdong Vocational Institute Schoolaffiliated school of competitive sports as an example. This thesis starts with the presentsituations from the students’ attendance, students’ cognition of learning, students’behavior of tiring study and so on. Questionnaire surveys and interviews are conductedto school administrators, students, teachers, coaches and parents. The author analysesthe reasons of the sports school students’ tiring of study, and puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures.The main content of this paper consists of four parts.The first part: Introduction. The author introduces the background and significanceof the research, and then summarizes the researches on students tiring of study in Chinaand abroad, finally definites the related concepts and research methods of this paper.The second part: The present situation of students’ tiring of study in GuangdongVocational Institute School affiliated school of competitive sports. Throughinterviewing students, teachers and coaches, the author analyses the students’ tiring ofstudy from the students’ attendance, students’ awareness of study and the currentsituations of students’ studying.The third part: The analysis of reasons about students’ tiring of study inGuangdong vocational Institute School affiliated school of competitive sports. Througharrangement and analysis of the result of the investigation and interview, the authordiscusses these five aspects: the social background, system management, relationsbetween students’ tiring of study and the learning conditions, the relations to thestudents’ sports majors and students themselves.The fourth part: The countermeasures to the students’ tiring of study in sportsschools. To solve the problem of students’ tiring of study, corresponding suggestions areproposed from the management system construction, the construction of campus culture,combination training and teaching, strengthening teaching reform, improving teachers’own qualities, establishing "five-one" management and so on. |
