Study On The Movement Of Chinese Competitive Sports During Economy System Transformation

At present, our country is at an important stage of traditional planned economy transforming into market economy. With the foundation of socialism market economy system and the development of political system reform, the political and economic conditions of competitive sports movement are being changed. How Chinese competitive sports which is used to moving in the traditional planned economy system adapts to the new situation and the new society circumstance so as to make the Chinese Competitive Sports develop rapidly is an important cause to the society, and to the government of competitive sports, the sports worker and to sports theory researcher.The movement mode of Chinese competitive sports is for a keystone to be discussed. From the benefit view, using the research methods of documents, expert investigation, theoretical and demonstrative analysis, and synthetic comparison, this dissertation analyses the relation and effect between Chinese competitive sports' benefit frame and its moving management system, discusses the influence of traditional planned economic system and socialism market economy system to Chinese Competitive Sports, and uncovers the sociological and economic factors in "double system" that Chinese competitive sports chooses optimal movement mode.Through theoretical and demonstrative analysis, it is considered that competitive sports is a activity course of seeking benefit. Competitive sports benefit frame consists of benefit main body frame, benefit object frame and benefit space frame. Gradual reformation makes Chinese competitive sports develop steadily, and benefits the growth of thebenefit main body of competitive sports under new situation, but some problems need to be improved.During economic system transformation, the socialization of Chinese competitive sports can not be accomplished in one move, and the different movement modes can be choosed. According to the market condition of sports events, different controlling modes should be choosed. The events that gain ground in society should choose the mode of society guidance and market adjustment, and with society investment. The events that gain little ground and no-market should choose the mode of government main intervention, and with government investing. The events that gain ground genetically in society and half-market should choose combination mode of government intervention and social organization intervention, and with government investment and social organization investment. From the view of social development, under market economy system, the optimal movement mode of Chinese competitive sports is the mode of social guidance and market adjustment.
