With the further development involving the internet in field of education,more and more experts and scholars are going to establish the digital resourceswhichresult in the huge enrichment of network educational resource and make the learnersmore rely on the network. Meanwhile, learners in one sort of teaching environmentmay encounter the huge discrepancy of culture, knowledge, capacity.Thus thepreconceived ideas in doing research would provide with the personalized learning.Therefore, in order to accustom this environment, teaching network system, based ondifferent learning needs in different background of culture, could efficiently providewith the teaching activities to meet personalized needs.Based on the learners’ behavior, this paper gives an explicit analysis on learner’sknowledge mode and the current situation of learning needs.Also based on thecognitive teaching theory, Chinese e-learning technology standards (CELTS), Java,XML, Webdata mining, network sniffer, artificial intelligence, automatic constructionof knowledge model and web services,this paper put forward a kind of intelligentmining method of personalized learning needs.Therefore this method, viewed as aservice of design and implementation of the algorithm, can be widely spread in everyfield of activities of teaching knowledge, culture through building the platform ofpersonalized teaching system which contributes to examine the effectiveness andreliability of the findings of research. Only in this way, network teaching can deliverthe excellent value.This paper, regarding Personalized learning needs of Intelligent miningtechnology based on knowledge mode, can be divided into six parts which are asfollows:Chapter1involves the research purpose, definition, logical relationship, contentof research and the research method.Chapter2cites the relative theory and criterion and introduces the key researchtechnology and the principle of doing research.As the key section, Chapter3gives a systematical elaboration on the design andimplement of method of knowledge model automation. In order to examine the effectiveness and reliability of the findings of research through building the platform ofpersonalized teaching system.As the other key part of this paper, Chapter4gives a systematical elaboration onthe intelligent mining method basing on the construction of knowledge concepts andmode, which makes map matching algorithm and knowledge model for intelligentmatching algorithm available for learners.Chapter5contributes to construct the platform of individualized network teachingsystem.As the last part of this paper, Chapter6evaluates and examines the findings of theresearch. Based on the findings of chapter five, the part designs a teaching practicewhich is to examine the reliability and effectiveness of the findings. This chapter isalso useful for the further study on this research.
