| The global technological revolution caused by vigorous development ofinformation technology affects lots of fields, and it also spreads the field of teacher'seducation. To be able to help the students get more knowledge and skills, firstly,teachers need to increase their own knowledge, to adjust their own knowledge structure,to enhance personal knowledge management as well. In contrast with traditionalenvironment constraining teachers on their professional development, networkenvironments has provided plentyof opportunities to teachers.In this study, we systematically list current global situation of teachers'professional knowledge development, analysis the component of teachers'professionalknowledge, and discuss the transformation process of teachers'professional knowledgein the view of knowledge management. In addition, we find the problem in process ofteachers'professional knowledge development through questionnaires and interviews.The key to teachers'professional knowledge development is to finish the transformationprocess between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge as well as themselves. In thisarticle, we propose teachers to develop their professional knowledge in three levels. Intheoretical level, suggestions and comments which will improve teachers'professionalknowledge are given in two points of view which contains both society and teachersthemselves. And in technical level, we integrate teachers'expertise in four steps basedon SECI model, which contain socialization, externalization, combination andinternalization. There are also some advanced technologies, such as expert system,concept map, mind map, knowledge repository, data mining technology, Moodleplatform and so on. Besides, we improve the conversion efficiency of teachers'expertise with the help of teachers'educational Blog at the application level.At last, we hope teachers will be able to grasp expertise more handily withadvanced concept and technology.
