Teaching itself can be seen as a kind of culture,cultural perspective of looking at the teaching of mathematics in mathematics teaching contributes to our understanding of the emergence of some problems and puzzles in the teaching of mathematics.That makes us have a deeper understanding and more comprehensive cognitive. At the same time, problems from the perspective of cultural teaching, as well as research in the field of education and teaching provided new ideas and methods.Mathematics teaching culture refers to a system of values on the teaching of mathematics teachers and students in mathematics teaching activities within a certain period of time and geographical scope, ideological belief systems, and the integration of the code of conduct system. The culture of mathematics teaching can be divided into the culture of the cultural and behavioral dimensions. The concept of culture, including at the level of conception of mathematics, mathematics teaching, mathematics learning concept; behavioral dimensions of culture, including acts of mathematics teaching and mathematics learning behavior.This article intends to mathematics teaching problems in mathematics teaching in perspective of cultural studies and corresponding countermeasures. The text is divided into five sections:(1)Addressed in the study of mathematics teaching in the culture field theoretical significance and practical significance of the teaching of mathematics, introduction to research ideas,methods, difficulty, and so on.(2) Organize and theoretical literature relevant to this topic at home and abroad, introduction to culture and teaching culture and mathematics teaching of relevant research results.(3) Defining the concepts related to this study, and discusses the theoretical basis forresearch.(4) Proceeding from the mathematics teaching in five dimensions of culture, by the questionnaire method to mathematics teaching problems in conducting investigation and study, and analysis of the survey results.(5) Summary and discussion of the results of the investigation, in response to various problems existing in the teaching of mathematics to a corresponding response. This article in perspective of mathematics teaching culture, literature synthesis method and questionnaire to carry out a study in the method of mathematics teaching. Through theoretical analysis and empirical study on we come to the following conclusion:Students learn key problems in the teaching of Mathematics:static view of mathematics, mathematical knowledge of tool orientation evident prefer Dill on the learning method of mathematics mechanization, obvious, independent thinking is not strong; higher math anxiety, classroom communication motivation high interest in mathematics is not strong, lack of mathematical learning initiative; lack of self-confidence in learning mathematics, cannot correct attribution.Following counter-measures were made for problem:(1) attention mathematics rational spirit of training, exposed knowledge of occurred development process;(2) explaining scouring, strengthened variable type teaching, develop students mathematics thinking;(3) encourages students for mathematics Exchange, exercise mathematics expression capacity;(4) fired students mathematics learning initiative, upgrade mathematics learning interest;(5) training mathematics learning self-confidence, boot students under due to correctly.Problems in teaching major in mathematics teaching:philosophy of mathematics as a static view of mathematics teaching goal setting that bedevil, on when to create situational awareness is unclear; tendencies still exist on students’evaluation of the results of a single evaluation.Following countermeasures against the problem:(1) strengthening the theory of learning in mathematics education,(2) diluted form, focusing on substance,(3) diversification of the student evaluation.
