The social transformation of contemporary China started with the reform and opening up,and the transformation of economic structure led to the transformation of politics,culture and other aspects of society,and gradually formed new social characteristics.Among them,social relations have also changed along with the transformation of the whole society,and the corresponding ethics have also started to innovate.The traditional ethical norms that dominated the autocratic society lost their dominant position with the fall of the feudal dynasty,and the reserved part added new contents on the basis of the change of social relations.However,like social transformation,ethical transformation is also long-term and will not be accomplished overnight.Some inappropriate parts still play a certain role in the society,and in the period of social transformation with the new value orientation of many contradictions,resulting in a lot of controversy.The emergence of these situations is not accidental,but the inevitable ethical changes and problems that accompany the social transformation.As a kind of human ethics,the teacher-student ethics is an important non-blood relationship in society.Although the teacher-student relationship under the patriarchal system existed for a long time and matched with the social system at that time,it could not adapt to the rapidly changing society in contemporary China.After the reform and opening up,affected by the overall transformation of society,higher education underwent structural reform and adjustment,which started to be significantly different from traditional social education.Accordingly,the status of teachers and students in knowledge,administration and morality has changed after the reform of higher education,and the rights of teachers and students have been adjusted and tend to be equal.Based on such changes,new teacher-student ethics began to take shape and gradually replaced the traditional teacher-student ethics.On the whole,such changes make the relationship between teachers and students in contemporary Chinese colleges and universities more harmonious and harmonious,but very few phenomena still indicate that this substitution is incomplete,and some ethical norms with patriarchal characteristics still exist in today's college education.With the change of the conflict between teachers and students from recessive to explicit,the conflict caused by the conflict appears more and more in the public view,which has aroused wide attention and discussion.These problems can be divided into the boundaries of the relationship between teachers and students and the distribution of interests between teachersand students.To trace the root cause,the social transformation has brought about new ethical problems,and the current laws and systems cannot completely prevent and solve the conflicts between teachers and students.At the same time,the old and new teachers and students ethics blend coexist,there are unequal ethics between teachers and students.Therefore,in the context of the social transformation in contemporary China,it is an important way for the ethical construction of teachers and students in colleges and universities in the new era to change the ethical concept of teachers and students,strengthen the establishment and perfection of the legal system,and improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and students.Based on the social transformation since the reform and opening up,the innovation of this paper is to discuss the changes of the teacher-student relationship in contemporary Chinese universities by analyzing the impact of economic reform on social relations.At the same time,by dissect the hot social issues related to the contradiction between teachers and students in colleges and universities,find the focus and root cause of the contradiction,explore the essence of the contradiction between teachers and students,and on the basis of referring to the treatment methods of similar problems at home and abroad,find a solution more suitable for China's national conditions.
