Under the background of the higher education attracted much attention and the advanceof educational informational, the college online learning becomes another way of personneltraining. In order to meet the high efficiency of online learning activities, the major collegesand universities in our country invest a lot of material and financial resources to build anonline learning platform and to develop online learning resources, provide a good networklearning environment for college students. However, as college students’ engagement is notenough in the online learning and their self-learning ability is not strong, the online learningeffect is not good. This study starts from the relationship between the online learningenvironment and the self-regulation, analysis the impact of online learning environment onthe implement mode of college self-regulated learning.This study consults the literature of online learning behavior, online learningenvironment and self-regulated learning at home and abroad,analysis their existing researchresult, under the guidance of the behavior theory, constructivism theory and self-regulatedlearning theory, defines the online Learning’s concept, and established three dimensions ofonline Learning environment:technology support,resources support and social support,raises three implement modes of the college student self-regulated learning in online learningactivity:teachers’ guide, task drive and self-control. Support by this to construct thetheoretical model of this study, combined with the investigation to the undergraduate inschool in Dalian, through data statistics and analysis, to verify the theoretical mode has higherfitting degree, carry on the empirical research on the relationship between the learningenvironment and self regulation.This study adds social elements into online learning environment constitution, enhancingthe support of online learning environment for the interaction between teachers and students;stress that the realization of students’ self-regulation learning needs the interaction betweenteachers and students, in which the role of teachers includes teachers’ guiding and maintainingstudents’ motivation by assigning tasks. Verify that network learning environment has asignificant positive impact to achieve self-regulation through data analysis results, and putforwards relevant recommendations for the research and development of online learningenvironment improvement and online learning behavior regulation of college students to improve network learning effects of college students and carry out the work to promote onlinelearning.
