Along with the recent years our country economy high speed development more and more many multinational corporation’s foreign staffs as well as the overseas immigration in our country’s settling down, made their children’s language to learn from into them to integrate the Chinese culture the important barrier. The baby stage language study is the most important stage which the entire child studies,"the language" took one kind of special social phenomenon, is by the basic glossary the complex symbolism which (including shape, sound, righteousness) and the grammar rule constitutes."The spoken language" is the individual with the aid of the language material, transmits the information, the exchange thought, expresses own emotion and affects others process. Human language study best time interval between3-8year old, therefore is specially the kindergarten stage language teaching appears regarding the kindergarten language teaching very important.From the relevant research, our country are at present few for the baby Chinese study issue research of non-Chinese about mother tongue, this article hopes through the domestic and foreign related scholar’s research, on the one hand makes up for our country in this aspect insufficiency theoretically, on the other hand from the practice level, summarizes the fundamental research from the teaching practice the insufficiency, analyzes our country at present the international kindergarten in the problem that in Chinese teaching has, put forward the targeted proposal, thus helped and improvement related school well regarding mother tongue for the baby Chinese study of non-Chinese.In view of this, this article first based on the second language study way theoretical analysis, profits from the domestic and foreign successes the teaching experience and the teaching way, aims at Chinese itself the characteristic as well as the Dalian International Kindergarten child’s actual language situation as well as our country existing aims at the mother tongue the raise mechanism to carry on the thorough discussion specially for non-Chinese young, the analysis entire kindergarten the insufficiency which in the teachers strength, the teaching material as well as in the teaching method exists, specially regarding the child itself language background understanding insufficiency, and according to the question proposed has the pointed suggestion and the improvement measure, promotes teacher’s comprehensive quality through the drive measure, simultaneously enhances the student study using the multiplex teaching way as well as the classroom participation enthusiasm, then promotes their Chinese learning capability and the subjective initiative.
