As a result, a considerable potential for development of new professions-instructional designers came into being and developed rapidly create and lead a new era of learning and teaching methods for the majority of educators, to become the21st century is an extremely important career fields First, in the United States, Britain and other developed countries and regions, the instructional designer has been a lot of experts and scholars hailed as the Jinling industry of the21st century. In recent years, China’s Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other places recruitment of a large number of instructional designers, major foreign-funded enterprises and educational companies have hired college graduates engaged in the profession of the instnictional designer. Second chapter studies and reviews of existing instructional designers at home and abroad are summarized and generalization, including foreign research culture of the United States instructional designers and training program, employing sources, quality structure, job responsibilities and roles several aspects are discussed in detail, domestic research is to collect the introduction and presentation of the existing domestic academic instructional designer career. The third chapter analyzes and presentation of the Professional Development and Present of the United States instructional designers, and a detailed comparison and reviews a qualified instructional designer should have the ability and quality, and the professional reality of our country to introduce instructional designers were analyzed.
